First, I would like to introduce myself, I am Venkatesh T V, working in a software firm in Bangalore, my father, Mr. Venkategowda T and mother Sarasamma are residing still in my native place, i.e. Thorebommanahally, which comes under K M Doddi police station limits.
I have utmost respect for the good work which is being carried out by you and your team in Mandya district, but I would like to bring to your notice an incident which had happened recently in Thorebommanahally, which comes under K M Doddi Police limits.
On September 30th, a man who's name is SHIVALIGEGOWDA P, who was drunken, abused my father and mother, manhandled them and beaten them at around 9.30 PM, my father had called K M Doddi police station for help, but my father didn't get positive reply from police, he was told to come in the morning to station and register a complaint. I would like to bring to your notice that this man, SHIVALINGEGOWDA P, is not an ordinary man, he is a big drunkard, who is a rowdy, had beaten many people in the past and he was jailed for few days also, I think K M Doddi police might have a full record of his activities.
Even though he is having this track record, police had not come to the rescue of my father and mother who are aged. Sir, my intention is not to complain on the police people who are in K M Doddi station, but I would like to ask a question here, if this type of incidents happened in a city like Bangalore, police will rush for help, but why this has not happened in a village even after my father begged for help, is this means that Villagers life don't have any value? please explain sir.
I have very good respect towards you and police force of Mandya, my humble request in you is, please guide the officers in K M Doddi station to take strict action on this anti social elements.
Respected sir/ma'am We would like to inform you that we are threatened and assaulted from the persons namely 1.Venkatesh.. 2.Shivalinga.. 3.Puttaswamy though we filed case in CIVIL COURT MADDUR against all above 3 persons regarding agricultural land and now they are forcefully coming and asking for position of agricultural land which is there in civil court. From past 40 years we are doing agricultural activities in that land . We need your security till this case complete in the civil court MADDUR. Today night they planned to come for that litigation agricultural land to dig borewell in late night and we scared of stoping them at that time because we already threatened and assaulted and got warning from them . So for safer side we are informing in advance please give us security . Thank you .

Respected sir/ma'am As I already posted and mailed with the issue of land litigation which is there in the Maddur civil court yesterday evening and today morning Mr.Venkatesh s/o Nanjai and Mr.Shivalinga s/o Nanjegowda allegedly came to litigation land to dig bore well and we stopped them and inform to K M Doddi police station with letter but due to case already filed in the civil court they are telling that we can't intervene in this case so for the security purpose we are informing in advance . Respected sir/ma'am As I already twice posted in the blog regarding we are facing threat from Mr.Venkatesh s/o Nanjai and again when we are planting corn to land survey no 9/2,9/3,9/4 he allegedly enter our land and tried to stop us from abusing badly and he tried beat us also and he tored my brother shirt as well. From morning 9am to till now we are in land only and we have threat and he said he will spoil our corn plantation and we recorded everything in our phone . Respected ma'am As I already said in the above complaint we went to file a complaint in K M Doddi police station at that time in our absence Mr.Venkatesh s/o Nanjai Kurikempanadoddi and Mr.Shivalinga s/o Nanjegowda Kulgere they came with drunken people and spoiled our Corn plantation and they beat to my father in the land and when we were in police station talking to circle inspector my father came with tored dress along with my mother and circle inspector got know everything regarding the issue.
